Healthy Goals

Healthy Goals helps families with children aged 0–4 develop healthy lifestyles and positive wellbeing from an early age by offering free, fun activity sessions and informal information workshops at venues across the city.

Molineux Memories

Molineux Memories

Molineux Memories is a weekly social group for individuals living with dementia and their carers, providing a welcoming space to connect, reminisce and socialise.

The project uses shared interests and memories to stimulate conversation and recall, while offering an enjoyable and supportive environment for participants to spend time with others who share similar experiences.

Funded by the Premier League and the PFA as part of the Players’ Project Pilot, the group supports individuals with dementia alongside their carers.

Golden Wolves

Golden Wolves is a social group for people aged 55 and over, bringing people together to meet new friends and take part in activities such as bingo, with hot drinks available.

The group helps to reduce loneliness and social isolation, while also providing activities that support both mental and physical wellbeing.

Our weekly sessions take place every Wednesday at Molineux Stadium.

Tackle Diabetes

The X-PERT education programme is a structured education programme for type 2 diabetics funded through Black Country Integrated Care Board. The programme is for type 2 diabetics who attend a Wolverhampton GP.

The programme covers a variety of topics with the aim of improving knowledge and confidence at managing their condition. The programme has been shown to improve diabetes control, reduce diabetes medication, increase self-management skills, and improve lifestyle and quality of life.
