Walking Football is a slower, less physical version of the traditional game. The game is designed to be inclusive for all.
It is a great way to keep active and allows people to get back into football if they have previously had to stop due to injury or age.
The sessions are designed for those who are aged 50+, however exceptions can be made dependent on circumstance.
We offer 3 sessions per week:
Monday – 4pm – 5pm @ Foundation Arena – £2
Tuesday – 5.30pm – 6.45pm @ Foundation Arena – £2

Our sessions are focused for adults 50+ but anyone aged 18+ is welcome.
Our session takes place on Fridays, 2pm-4pm at The Way Youth Zone, School St, Wolverhampton WV3 0NR. It is FREE to attend.
