How to apply for a charitable donation

Charitable requests are managed by Wolves Foundation, the club’s official charity.

Charitable donations are an important part of Wolves’ community efforts. As the club’s official charity, Wolves Foundation works with participants ranging from 1 month to 100 years old across 225 different delivery sites in the city, delivering all year round to motivate, educate and inspire tens of thousands of beneficiaries.

The donation of merchandise and gifts helps support and raise funds for a wide range of charities/community groups/schools and good causes across Wolverhampton and the West Midlands and in turn support those in need.

Please note that an online request via the email below does not guarantee that you/your organisation will receive a donation. Successful applications will be contacted within 15 working days and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of the donation

Requests must be received a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of any event to be considered.

Our aim is to assist across a broad and diverse range of causes. Thus to ensure this diversity is achieved we will not consider multiple requests for the same charity.

The following are the criteria upon which applications will be accepted.

• Priority given to charities based in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands.
• Only registered charities and those without political affiliation.

National Charities such as Comic Relief will be supported directly by the Club where and when applicable in lieu of individual donation requests.

If any donation is being raffled, contacts must inform Wolves Foundation of the amount raised.

Please note we will only contact successful applicants.
