Residents of Wolverhampton are being asked to complete an anonymous survey to pass on information which will be used to shape services and support they can receive in the future.
All the information will help organisations like Wolves Foundation continue to make informed decisions about services and activities which, in turn, should ensure the right support is being provided to improve the health and wellbeing of the city’s residents.
The survey has been organised by the City of Wolverhampton Council, whom Wolves Foundation work closely with across a range of different projects, and feedback will therefore also play a part in helping to shape the charity’s priorities over the coming years.
It is aimed at all residents in the city over the age of 16 and is completely anonymous with people not required to provide their name and contact details.
The survey has been designed to enable the Council and community organisations across the city to understand what influences the lifestyles of Wolverhampton residents and how much, in particular, these have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The survey is expected to take 10 to 15 minutes to complete ahead of the closing date on December 30th, with findings then being revealed in Spring, 2023.
Please select ‘Wolves Foundation’ in the scroll down menu at the end if you do complete the survey.
