Nuffield Health launch sponsorship of Wolves Disability FC Image

Wolves Foundation are delighted to announce Nuffield Health as the new sponsors of Wolves Disability FC for the remainder of the 2023/24 season.

The UK’s largest healthcare charity, Nuffield Health will be building on their commitment with the club’s official charity, by sponsoring teams run by the Foundation.

Already a Wolves Foundation Pack Patron, the organisation extend their relationship and will now feature on the front of the disability team shirt.

Charlie Cooper, director of operations at Nuffield Health, said: “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to enhance our affiliation with Wolves to encompass Wolves Disability FC, a salient ancillary team under the clubs’ umbrella.”

“Nuffield Health strive to improve the health and wellbeing of the nation, with a key focus on encouraging and supporting beneficiaries to be more active.

“We hope that our sponsorship of Wolves Disability FC, a cohort who are so passionate and proud to represent the club’s colours, will enable those connected to reach their optimum level of health and wellbeing.”

Wolves Disability FC will feature at half-time of this weekend’s annual Wolves Foundation Focus Fixture, with the Under 16s taking on their Sheffield United counterparts.

The programme features 8 disability side across Under 12s, Under 16s and adults, with over 70 players representing Wolves on a regular basis in the Staffordshire Ability Counts League.

Nuffield Health will also be offering complimentary health checks in the Fan Zone ahead of this Sunday’s match, where fans can check their blood pressure and blood glucose levels.
